医疗机构卫生人力结构现状与未来发展思考

The current situation of human resource structure in hospital and considerations future development

调查 2 0 0 0年广西县及县以上医疗机构卫生人力的现状。结果显示 :学历结构偏低 ;各类医院缺乏高层次人才 ;县级医疗机构人员学历、职称结构较低。建议 :开展广西卫生人力资源发展战略研究 ,制定广西2 0 1 5卫生人力发展规划。适当扩大本科和研究生的教育面 ,重点发展专科教育 。

Analysis on the current situations of human resource structure in county and over level hospitals in Guangxi in 2000. The results revealed that the academic structure is on the low level. All kinds of hospitals lack the talent of high level, Personnel' s academic degree structure and technical job title structure are relatively low at county level. Suggestion: To study on health manpower strategy and conduct the health manpower development plans in Guangxi in 2015.Expanding the education of undergraduate and graduate student properly. Give priority to developing on in service training. Developing the general practionair education.
