摘要
目的研究通痹灵对于胶原诱导型关节炎(CIA)大鼠关节炎以及骨质破坏的影响。方法采用CIA大鼠动物模型,容积法测量足肿胀度,血小板计数,整体X线片分析骨质破坏情况。结果通痹灵高剂量明显减轻CIA大鼠的关节炎所致的足肿胀和降低血小板总数(P<0.05),通痹灵高剂量和甲氨喋呤高剂量可抑制CIA大鼠骨质破坏(P<0.05)。结论通痹灵可通过降低CIA大鼠血小板总数,减轻关节的炎症,并且具有抑制骨质破坏的作用。
Objective To study effect of Tongbiling on arth ritis and destruction of bone ofⅡcollagen introduce arthritis(CIA)Rat.Methods To evaluate effect of TBL,It was measured capacity of foot swelling with T type test tube and counted CIA rat PLT.It was analysis destruction of bone through CIA rat X-ray file.Result Both higher dosage of TBL relieved fo ot swelling of CIA rat and suppressed PLT(P<0.05);Higher dosage of TBL and MTX inhibited destruction of bone of CIA rat.Conclusion TBL may suppresse PLT to relieve arthritis of CIA and inhibite destru ction of bone of CIA rat.
