增生性瘢痕胶原含量与微血管构筑的相关性

Experimental study of the correlation between collagen contents and micro-vessel density of hypertrophic scar

目的研究增生性瘢痕(HS)胶原含量与微血管构筑的影响,以及两者的变化规律和相互关系。方法对两组HS病例,分别采取PDL照射(A组)及TA皮损内注射(B组)治疗,在治疗后1个月、3个月分别切取标本与自然病程未经治疗的相应时段标本,进行微血管构筑及胶原含量的对比分析。结果在治疗组第1个月,A1组血管密度明显降低,B1组血管密度亦有降低;在第3个月,血管及胶原纤维密度明显低于对照组。结论在HS中微血管构筑和胶原含量呈较强的正相关。

Objective The purpose of the study is to seek the relationship between micro-vascul ar density and collagen contents of H S.Methods 57clinical cases are devided into tw o groups.Group A is treated by PDL.Gr oup B is treated by TA intralesional i njection.Group C,as the control,is not treated.At t he 1st month and 3rd month of the study,we excised the core of HS in three gro ups and analysised the micro-vessel density and collagen c ontents.Result The collagen fibers are coarse and dense in the 1st month:At the 3rd month,dermal fibroblasts were normal in number,a n decreased scrlerosis was observed.The vessel density increased gradu ally in the control group and de-creased remarkablely in the treated groups.Conclusion Micro-vessel density correlate well with collagen contents.
