河南省城乡居民生活基本情况分析

Analysis of basic living quality of the inhabitants from urban and rural areas in Henan Province

目的 :了解河南省城乡居民生活的基本情况。方法 :采用多阶段分层抽样方法 ,使用世界卫生组织(WHO)《健康和卫生系统反应性》量表 ,对 30 0 0名河南省居民进行问卷调查。结果 :城乡居民最高文化程度的分布不同 ,城市居民上学时间明显长于农村 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;城市家庭年收入为 172 33元 ,农村为 4 374元 ;城市家庭月伙食费支出为 4 5 1,农村为 12 7元 ;城市家庭年医疗费为 10 0 3元 ,农村为 4 0 5元 ;城乡居民做饭、取暖等居住条件不同 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :目前我省居民 ,尤其是农村居民的生活条件有待改善 。

Aim: To understand the basic living quality of the inhibitants from urban and rural areas in Henan Province. Methods: By using the method of multistage stratified sampling, 3 000 inhabitants from urban and rural areas were investigated with 'health and health system responsiveness'. The questionnaire was coming from WHO. Results: The years educated at school or college of the inhibitants from urban areas were higher than that of the inhibitants from rural areas;in urban and rural areas,household incomes were 17 233 yuan (RMB) and 4 374 yuan respectively per year,household dietary expenditures were 451 yuan and 127 yuan,and household medical fees were 1 003 yuan and 405 yuan per year. The housing conditions between urban and rural areas were different( P <0.001).Conclusion: The living quality and medical insurance of the inhibitants, especially those in rural areas is expected to be improved.
