克拉玛依石油化工厂 3 0 0kt/a润滑油高压加氢装置中的加氢处理反应器 (R -1 0 2 )为首台国产3Cr 1Mo V锻钢加氢反应器 ,比采用普通 2 2 5Cr 1Mo钢节约钢材 2 8t,并且对冷氢口、冷氢管做了改进 。

The hydrogenated reactor (R-102)of 300kt/a lube oil high pressure hydrogenated unit for kelamayi petrochemical plant was the domestic first set of 3Cr-1Mo-1/4V forge steel hydrogenated reactor,and economized on steel material 28 tons than adopting common 2.25Cr-1Mo steel.The cold hydrogen nozzle and cold hydrogen pipe were improved.The inner mesh adopted johnson mesh.
