轴流风机静叶可调电液控制机构改造可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂重油催化裂化装置中的主风机组由烟气轮机、轴流风机、变速箱和电动 /发电机组成。其中 ,轴流风机静叶可调系统的动力油来自DYZ3 3 1 6动力油站 ,但自装置投运以来 ,油站工作一直不够正常 ,如油压不稳、液压系统渗油、调节灵敏度低等。后采用DYL电液控制机构对原动力油站进行了部分改进 。 The main air set of heavy oil calalytic crack unit in Wulumuqi petrochemical company refinery was composed of flue gas turbine-expander,axial flow fan,gear box and motor/generator.Among them,the power oil of static blade adjustable system was supplied from DYZ23-16 power oil station.But since put into operation,the work of oil station has been not normal at all the time,such as the oil pressure was unstable,hydraulic pressure system was leakge,and the adjustable sensibility was reduced.Then the original power oil station was partially improved by the use of DYL electro-liquid control device,the problems existed in the original system was solved simply.
