摘要
信息技术的发展要求存储器件必须具备超高存储密度、超快的存取速率及长的存储寿命。目前,广泛应用的磁存储和光存储介质正在接近其物理极限。科学家们多年前就开始积极探索新的存储理论、技术和材料,以期突破数据存储的极限。简要地介绍了近来有机功能材料信息存储研究的进展。
The development of information technique requires that a practical data storage device must possess the character of ultra-highdensity, ultra-fasttransfer rate and longer longevity. At present, it is reaching the critical point of the most popular magnetic and optical data receding media. Many research groups have been studing new datastorage theory, technique and materials in order to make a break through on the storage density, the recent development is reviewed in this field.
