摘要 采用结构粘接型聚乙烯钢塑复合工艺技术 ,可使钢与聚乙烯得到真正意义的“复合” ,其界面结合的强度远远大于其他复合管的结合强度 ,且克服了其他复合管技术所存在的缺点。介绍了国内复合管工艺技术现状及存在的问题 ,对 1 8万m/a结构粘接型钢衬聚乙烯管项目进行了经济评价。 Steel and polyethylene can be really conglutinated together by using constructional conglutination steel-polyethylene composite pipe technology.Their interfacial intensity is far stronger than other composite pipes,and has no disadvantages compared with the others.The current situation and existing problems of composite pipe technology in China were introduced.Economic evaluation of 180 km/a unit of the composite pipe was also made.
