摘要
在相同的配方条件下 ,采用无皂乳液聚合制备苯乙烯 /丙烯酸丁酯 / N,N-二甲基 ,N-丁基 ,N- ( 3-甲基丙烯酰胺基 )丙基溴化铵 ( St/ BA/ DBMPA)阳离子共聚物复合乳液 ,考察了单体加料方式对乳液粒子大小、形态、结构、表面性质的影响及对最终聚合物玻璃化温度和乳液的稳定性的影响。结果表明 ,批量法和单体全滴加法对应的粒子形态规则、粒子分布均匀 ,只有一个玻璃化转变温度 ( Tg 约为 5℃ ) ;以 P( St/ BA/ DBMPA)为种子 ,半连续法滴加 St和 BA混合单体对应的乳胶粒径最小 ,分布较宽 ,有两个Tg;以 PSt为种子滴加 BA单体 ,粒子呈明显的核
Soap-free cationic St/BA/DBMPA composite latexes were prepared using four different feeding monomer methods. The latex particles size, distribution morphology, structure, surface group quantity, glass temperature and the stabilities were determined. The result shows that the morphology of particles is rule, distribution is uniform and has a T g (about 5 ℃) by batch method and the monomer all dripping method. P(St-BA-DBMPA)/P(St-BA) composite latex particle size is smaller and distribution is wider and has two T g, and P(St-DBMPA)/P(BA) composite latex particle is evident core-shell structure but the particle shape is not rule.
