摘要
为探索化工副产品 α-丁烯醛 (巴豆醛 )的应用途径 ,研究了聚乙烯醇缩丁烯醛水溶液的制备和粘度性质。与聚乙烯醇缩其它醛的水溶液相比 ,聚乙烯醇缩丁烯醛水溶液可获得在较低浓度下具有较高粘度的特性。用质量浓度 3%~ 4 %的聚乙烯醇水溶液与 α-丁烯醛在室温至 5 0℃范围内及酸催化下进行缩醛化可制得粘度高达数十 Pa.s的缩醛产物。它在涂料、胶粘剂。
In order to find application for α-butenal(crotonaldehyde), a chemical industry byproduct, the preparation and the viscosity property of poly(vinyl butenal) water solution were studied. Poly(vinyl butenal) water solution could have a property of both lower concentration and higher viscosity compared to other poly(vinyl acetals). Poly(vinyl alcohol) water solution of 3~4 mass% concentration reacted with α-butenal at a range of temperature from room temperature up to 50 ℃ and catalyzed by an acid can give a product of poly(vinyl butenal) water solution with a viscosity up to several tens of Pa·s. This product has potential uses in the field of coatings, adhesives, thickeners, etc.
