摘要
以丙烯酸 2 -乙基己酯与醋酸乙烯酯为单体 ,采用悬浮聚合法 ,以单体自交联制得高吸油性树脂。对影响其吸油性能的多种因素 ,如单体配比、引发剂、油水相比的用量等 ,进行了系统的研究 ,得到的高吸油性树脂吸苯最高达 16.1g/ g,吸甲苯为 14.8g/ g,吸环己烷为 13.3g/ g,吸煤油为 12 .5 g/ g。可用于河面。
The high oil-absorption resin of copolymer of vinyl acetate and (2-ethylhexyl) acrylate was prepared by suspension polymerization with self-crosslinking. In the polymerization reaction system, the monomers were polymerized with BPO as initiator and water as dispersed phase. The effects of monomer composition, amount of initiator and amount of water on the oil absorption capacity of copolymer were studied. The high oil-absorption resin can absorb benzene to the high amount of 16.1 g/g, methyl benzene 14.8 g/g, hexahydrobenzene 13.3 g/g and kerosene 12.5 g/g. The resin can be used in the fields of reclaiming floating oil of rivers and seas, wasterwater of factories and so on.
