摘要
研究了 UP/ Na- MMT纳米复合材料的制备与性能 ,并考察了插层剂种类、有机蒙脱土加入量及离子交换量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,UP/ Na- MMT纳米复合材料的 XRD曲线中蒙脱土晶体结构的布拉格衍射峰已经消失 ,说明其晶层已被树脂撑开 ,达到纳米级分散 ;复合材料的耐热性能得到明显改善 。
The preparation and properties of UP/Na-MMT nanocomposite were studied. The effects of intercalator type, organic montmorillonite content and CEC on properties of composite also were discussed. The disappearance of Bragg diffraction peak of crystallographic structure of montmorillonite in XRD showed that the distance between layers was increased by the resin and lamella were dispersed into the matrix in nanoscale. The heat resistance of nanocomposite was improved obviously and its impact strength and tensile strength were increased.
