摘要
考察了超声波在不同条件下壳聚糖降解反应中的作用。研究表明 ,超声波能够大大加速壳聚糖的降解反应 ,但并不影响壳聚糖降解反应的动力学规律。超声波对壳聚糖降解速度的影响与降解条件 (如氧化剂、温度等 )
The action of ultrasonic in the degradation of chitosan in acetic acid at different condition was studied. The results indicate that ultrasonic can largely accelerate the degrading rate of chitosan, but doesn′t affect the dynamic rule of the degradation of chitosan. The reciprocal of the molecular weight of chitosan is linear with the degradation time, which can be indicated as 1/M η=k t+b, in which k and b are two constants at a certain degradation condition. As a constant of degrading rate, the value of k can be used to compare the effects of the degrading conditions. The value of k in ultrasonic condition is many times larger than those without ultrasonic. The accelerative effect of ultrasonic is related to the degrading conditions, such as oxidant agent, temperature etc.
