摘要
综述了最近 2 0多年絮凝在生物技术领域中的研究及应用 ,重点介绍了微生物絮凝的机理、影响因素及工业应用 ,展望了其在微生物发酵。
The flocculation and its application in biotechnology in latest twenty years are reviewed. Especially the mechanism of flocculation for microorganisms,the factors influencing the microbial flocculation,and its application in industry are discussed in detail. The developing trend of microbial flocculation in some industries,including fermentation,downstream processing treatment of fermented broth,and the preparation of microbial flocculants,is presented in this paper.
