摘要
研究了作为黑母粒载体树脂的LDPE/LLDPE共混物对炭黑分散性的影响。结果表明 ,当LLDPE的用量适宜时 ,可以控制体系的熔融流动特性 ,改进炭黑的分散性 ,降低分散剂的用量。在所有的实验配方中 ,当LDPE/LLDPE的共混比为 1∶1,分散剂的用量仅为 5 %时 ,炭黑的分散效果最佳 ,即薄膜的黑度值最大 ,炭黑的粒子最小且粒径分布最窄。
The effect of blends of LDPE/LLDPE as a carrier resin in black masterbatch, on the dispersion of carbon black was studied . The results show that with adding just the right amount of LLDPE, the melt-flow characteristics of the system may be controlled, so that the dispersion of carbon black can be improved and the amounts of dispersant could be reduced. When the blend radio of LDPE/LLDPE is 1∶1 and the amount of dispersant is only 5 %, the optimum dispersion effect of carbon black can be achieved in all test formulations, i.e., the largest blackness value of films, the smallest particle diameter of carbon black and the narrowest distribution of particles. The lower amount of dispersant may help not only to obtain good quality of products but also to reduce production cost.
