摘要
通过对茂名石化公司炼油厂 3套装置的催化裂化汽油组成及其诱导期、实际胶质的研究 ,发现共轭二烯烃对催化裂化汽油安定性产生重大影响。共轭二烯烃含量的多少可以用二烯值来表示。结果表明 ,催化裂化汽油的诱导期随二烯值的增大而减少 ,实际胶质随二烯值的增大而增加。烯烃含量大小与催化裂化汽油诱导期长短没有明显的对应关系。
By studying the composition, inducement period and actual gum of the FCC gasoline from refinery of Maoning petrochemical company, it was found that the conjugate dienes produced the important effect on the stability of the FCC gasoline. The content of the conjugate dienes can be expressed with the diene number. Research shows that the inducement period of the FCC gasoline lengthened decreases as the diene number increasing, while the actual gum increases with the increment of diene number. Obviously, the inducement period of the FCC gasoline has no corresponding relation with the olefin content. Thus, the conjugate dienes content is the main cause affecting the inducement period and anti-oxidation and anti-gum property of the FCC gasoline.
