活性自由基引发接枝聚苯乙烯的研究

摘要 用氯化石蜡(CP)与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠反应合成了分子链上带有多个引发基团的氯化石蜡引发剂(CPI)。使用此引发剂引发苯乙烯聚合得到了CP接枝聚苯乙烯接枝共聚物。通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等对CPI和接枝共聚物进行表征。结果表明:含有二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸酯的CPI可以在简单易行的聚合条件下合成具有可控结构的接枝共聚物,并有很高的接枝率和接枝效率。 A novel initiator with multiple active groups attached along its molecular chain was synthesized via the reaction of chlorinated paraffin (CP) with sodium diethyldithiomethylcarbamate. A kind of copolymer of polystyrene grafted with CP(CP - g - PS) was prepared with the initiator. The resultant CP - g - PS and its initiator were characterized by ultraviolet spectroscopy, Infrared spectroscopy and hydrogen spectrum of nuclear magnetic resonance. The results show that the initiator containing diethyldithiomethylcarbamate can be used to synthesize under moderate reaction conditions a copolymer having a controllable structure as well as high grafting ratio and efficiency.
