摘要
综述了聚烯烃功能化的意义和制备功能化聚烯烃的3种方法,重点介绍了“反应性基团”功能化法的研究进展。根据含“反应性基团”的单体在聚合反应中的插入方式不同,将“反应性基团”功能化法分为2种,一是接枝共聚法,目前采用的单体有乙烯基硼烷化合物、对甲基苯乙烯(p-MS)、二乙烯基苯、非共轭线性二烯、5-乙烯基-2-降冰片烯和双环戊二烯等;二是含“反应性基团”的单体接入聚烯烃分子链末端起链转移剂作用,这类链转移剂有硼烷、p-MS、硅烷和烷基锌等。
This paper reviewed the methods for preparing the functionalized polyolefins, discussed the significance of the functionalization and emphatically described the progress in the study on the functionalization method with 'reactive group' . Based on the mode of incorporating the monomer containing 'reactive group' into polymerization reaction, the functionalization method with 'reactive group' can be classified into 2 kinds: one is grafting copolymerization process, in which the currently used monomers comprise para - methyl styrene, divinylbenzene, non - conjugated linear diene, 5 - vinyl - 2 - norbornene and dicyclopentadiene; the other is the process in which the monomer containing 'reactive group' is grafted at the end of polyolefine molecular chain, acting as a chain transfer agent, such as borane, para - methyl styrene, silane and alkyl zinc etc.
