讨论了化学复合镀工艺的原理及特点 ,经过对试剂和工艺参数的筛选 ,得出了一种改进的Ni PTFE化学复合镀工艺 ,获得了在厚度、性能方面均有较大提高的化学复合镀层 ,并成功地应用到修复液压阀的工程实践中。

The principles and characteristics of traditional electroless plating technology were discussed to develop an advanced nickel-PTFE electroless plating technology. The electroless composite plating with improved thickness and performance was obtained by optimizing of process conditions. The technology was successfully used to repair the hydraulic valve.
