本文先介绍了微机械电子学的概况,接着介绍了几种典型的微型机械、制作技术和微型机械用材料,最后探讨了微机械电子学的研制现状和应用。
This paper firstly introduces the current state of micromechtronics, and then discusses three typical micromechanisms, fabrication techniques, and materials for micromechanism. Lastly the development state and applications of micromechtronics is addressed.
