在新的形势下,中国共产党要坚持“以德治党”,提高全党的思想道德素质;坚持群众路线,始终保持党同人民群众的血肉关系;深入开展反腐败斗争,加强党风廉政建设;狠煞形式主义、官僚主义歪风,从根本上加强和改进党的作风建设。

In the new situation, the Party must adhere to the principle of ruling the Party with morals; improve the whole Party抯 ideology and moral quality, stick to the mass route to keep the blood-and-flesh relation between the Party and the mass, carry out anti-corruption thoroughly to strengthen the construction of the Party抯 style and clean and honest government, and stop formalism and bureaucratism to strengthen and improve the construction of the Party抯 style radically.
