摘要
本文介绍了微封装微波集成电路的特点及国内外发展概况。重点叙述了集成压控振荡器、集成宽带放大器和集成电控衰减器国外及13所的发展水平以及MPMIC的工艺和封装。
The features and state of the art of mini-package microwave integrated circuit (MPMIC) are presented. Development of integrated voltage control oscillator, integrated wide-band amplifier and integrated electric control attenuator is mainly described. Technological process and packaging are also discussed.
