本文叙述了几种超导晶体管模型,并提出在无缓冲层的Si及GaAs衬底上淀积高温超导体YBCO薄膜是困难的,只有缓冲层材料才能改善超导薄膜的质量。

This paper describs thc superconducting transistor modeles. It is difficult to deposit YBCO thin films on Si and GaAs substrates without buffer layers. But the quality of superconducting thin films would be improved with these buffer layer materials.
