This paper presented the maturation of the market of residential building's winter heating in the region of JiangZheHu based on the study of economic trend and weather characteristic in the above area. Unit heating is a preferable way and the market accepts residential boiler gradually, which lead to the development of the concept of 'family hot water center'.
