摘要
目的 :探讨中学生创新心理素质与其人格特征的关系。方法 :采用王极盛编制的创新心理素质量表和龚耀先修订的艾森克人格问卷对 5 5 8名中学生进行问卷调查。结果 :中学生的创新意识、创新能力和竞争心与EPQ的E量表分显著正相关 ,与N分显著负相关 ;竞争心还与P分显著负相关。外向稳定、外向不稳、内向稳定和内向不稳四种人格类型的创新心理素质存在十分显著的差异。E对创新意识、创新能力和竞争心均有较大的预测作用 ,P对竞争心也有较好的预测作用。结论
Objective:To explore the relationship between innovative diatheses and personality traits of secondary school students. Methods: 558 secondary school students were administered by Innovative Diatheses Scale and EPQ.Results:The level of innovative consciousness and innovative competence and competitiveness were positively related to E,negatively related to N score of EPQ,competitiveness was also negatively related to P score of EPQ.There were significant differences in innovative diatheses among four kinds of personality types ( extroversion-low neuroticism ,extroversion-high neuroticism ,introversion-low neuroticism ,introversion-high neuroticism ). Stepwise regression analysis revealed that EPQ-E score was significant predictor of innovative consciousness and innovative competence, E and P were significant predictors of competitiveness.
