摘要
目的 探讨建立大鼠原位肝移植胆道外引流模型的方法 ,为研究肝移植胆汁细胞学及免疫学等指标变化提供实验手段。方法 根据Kamada和孙君泓报道的术式加以多项技术改进建立大鼠原位肝移植胆道外引流模型 ,胆道外引流管采用的是硬膜外导管。结果 5 2次定型手术中成功44次 ,成功率为 84 6 %。 44只手术成功大鼠中 ,下一步实验处死前死亡 4只 ,其余 40只均存活至下一步实验。结论 该大鼠原位肝移植胆道外引流模型建立方法操作简单 ,成功率较高。
ObjectiveTo establish the model of the orthotopic liver transplantation with biliary extra-drainage in rats in order to study cytological and immunological changes in bile after liver transplantation. MethodsThe model of orthotopic liver transplantation with biliary extra-drainage was established in rats using the methods reported by Kamada and Sun Junhong with some modifications. The catheter used for biliary extra-drainage is perdural catheter. ResultsThe transplantation was performed in 52 rats and 44 (84.6%) survived postoperatively. Amongst these 44 rats, 40 were alive until the next experiment and 4 died. ConclusionsThe method used in this study is feasible and of high rate of success.
