摘要
采用花粉管通道途径将人工提取的不同倍性燕麦以及花生、大豆、小麦等作物DNA导入裸燕麦早熟品种“品二号”、中晚熟品种“冀张莜四号”和晚熟品种“冀张莜五号”,获得了较为广泛的变异,经过逐代选择鉴定,育成了一批裸燕麦新种质。组织化学分析表明,应用同样方法导入的GUS标记某因已在D_1代植株中表达。
A wide range of variance were obtained by inserting DNA isolated from oats, peanut, soybean , wheat into early maturing oats Pin 2, middle maturing oats Jizhangyou 4, and late maturing oats Jizhangyou 5 through pollen tube methods. Through selection and identification, a number of new oats germplasm were developed. Analysis showed that GUS marker gene inserted by the same methods has been expressed in D1 plants.
