大花蕙兰原球茎培养基激素配比试验初报

Trial of Hormone Ratio of Protocorm Culture on Cymbidium

采用改良的配方诱导增殖大花蕙兰原球茎,不同激素配比的多个培养基配方比较试验,筛选出适于原球茎生长发育的液体和固体配方,使继代时间缩短5～10d,更有利于原球茎生长发育及分生复壮。

Protocorms of Cymbidium were induced on MS medium supplemented with BA and NAA. Solid and liquid medium for growth of protocorm were selected by trial of different concentration ratio between BA and NAA.The protocorm culture time is reduced about 5 - 10 days.It is better for protocorm growth.The result showed that the concentration ratio is BA 2mg/L and NAA 0.2mg/L.
