基于DSP的弹着水柱实时测量处理机的实现

摘要 弹着水柱实时测量处理机对航拍的高分辨率含弹水柱和靶船实景图象进行序列图象处理和识别,实时提取出弹着点和靶船信息,计算出弹着偏差,并按入水时间为序传输给地面指挥中心,以便仿真分析系统误差和打靶精度,评估打靶效果和火炮性能。其测量原理是,以统计法确定的图象灰度阈值将弹着点图象分割,采用添加高亮度标志线和长方形靶船坐标系的线性方式识别靶船,利用点相关法及区域像素门限和距离门限处理单帧图象以滤除浪花等伪目标。该处理机的单帧处理由4块DSP浮点芯片TMS320C31构成的单帧处理板并行完成,图象序列相关处理由DSP浮点芯片TMS320C30构成的处理板完成,系统控制及其接口由FPGA/CPLD可编程逻辑器件实现。 The real-time measuring processor processed and identified the high resolution sequence image of water column of bombing and target ship from aerial screening, real-time distilled bombing point and information of target ship, and computed deviation of bombing point, and in terms of the sequence of entering water time, sent it to ground command center in order that analyzed system error and precision of target practice, and evaluated effect of target practice and performance of artillery. The measuring principle was that partitioned bombing point image on the basis of ashy degree threshold of image confirmed in statistical law, identified target ship with linear mode adding sign line of brightness and target ship coordinate, and processed single frame image and filtrated false object using point correlation method and area pixel gate-restrict and distance gate-restrict. The single frame processing of the real-time measuring processor was implemented with the single frame board consisted of 4 pieces of DSP TMS320C31 floating-point chip, sequence image correlation processing was implemented with the board consisted of DSP TMS320C30 floating-point chip, system control and interface was implemented with FPGA /CPLD programmable logic device.
