摘要
文章介绍了我校的微格教学实践,讨论了微格教学对培养师范生教学能力的作用。对实验组实习生的教学能力和控制组实习生的教学能力的统计检验发现微格教学对师范生教学能力的培训有显著效果。
In this paper the micro-teaching practice in our college was introduced, and the function of the micro-teaching in training teaching ability in students of teachers college was discussed. By statistical examining the teaching ability of the student teachers in the experimental group and in the group under control, it was discovered that there was a marked result of using the micro-teaching to develop teaching ability of students in teachers college.
