A high water - absorbent polyacrylate was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization. The relation of absorbing ratio of polymer with amount of suspension agent, cross linking agent and the effect of reaction temperature, absorbent medium, the time of absorbing water to absorbing ratio of the polymer were studied.
