克服跨栏教学中恐惧心理的方法研究

Research on how to overcome the fear for students in learning of hurdles

恐惧是造成跨栏教学中学生掌握该项目技术时的一种不良的心理障碍，形成这种不良心理现象的原因来自主观和客观两个方面。在教学中若能结合心理学的原理，在准确了解和把握学生的种种心理特征和心理变化的基础上，采用科学、合理的教学方法，将会逐步克服学生的恐惧心理，从而有效地提高跨栏课的教学效果。

Fear is a kind of maleficence psychological factor for students to master the skill of hurdles in class.The reazons for this situation can be devided into two kinds which are subject factor and object factor.if we can make good use of those psychotogical factors,that base on teachers better unden-standing about the psychotogical activity of ours students in class,and adopt scientific and reazonable methodz in teaching which will very helpful for our students to overcome the fear step by step,and then the efficiency teaching results will be reached.
