摘要
以自行合成的两种双环笼状磷酸酯 Trimer和 PEPA为基的膨胀型阻燃剂阻燃乙烯 -醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA) ,测定了阻燃 EVA的 L OI和 U L- 94阻燃性能 ,并利用锥形量热仪 (CONE)测试了其释热速率 (HRR)、总释热量 (THR)、质量损失速率 (ML R)、生烟量 (TSP)及有毒气体释放量等多种阻燃参数 .阻燃 EVA与纯 EVA相比 ,HRR,THR及 ML R分别降低 5 0 %~ 70 %,30 %~ 40 %及 5 0 %,具有良好的阻燃效果 .此外 ,燃烧时生成均匀而致密的闭孔结构炭层 ,孔径大约在 5~ 30 μm之间 ,孔壁为 6~ 9μm.燃烧残炭呈片层结构且燃烧过程中有类石墨结构炭生成 .
EVA was flame-retarded with IFR containing caged bicyclic phosphates--Trimer and PEPA. When the add-on IFR-P amount is about 30%, the flame-retarded EVA45 possesses an LOI of about 30% and a UL-94 V-0 grade. The heat release rate (HRR), total heat release (THR), mass loss rate (MLR) and the generation of smoke and toxic gases etc. of the flame-retarded EVA were measured. Compared with pure EVA, HRR, THR and MLR of the flame-retarded EVA are decreased by a factor of 50%~70%, 30%~40% and about 50%, respectively. In addition, a char layer can form during the combustion of flame-retarded EVA and the char layer shows a closed-cell structure with diameters of 5~30 μm and wall thickness of 6~9 μm. The laminated char with graphite-like structure forms during combustion.
