摘要
研究了用软锰矿吸收中浓度NOx,吸收母液经净化、浓缩、结晶产出MnNO3,MnNO3热分解产出纯MnO2 (产品 )和高浓度NOx 气体 ,该气体用水吸收生产硝酸 (产品 ) ,吸收尾气返回软锰矿吸收的新工艺 .研究表明该工艺技术可行 ,具有显著经济效益和环境效益 .
In this paper, a new process has been suggested for treating NO_x waste gas. This process consists of following steps: 1) absorbing nitrogen oxide with pyrolusite, 2) purification and concentration of the solution from absorbing step, 3) crystallizing of Mn(NO_3)_2 from the concentrated solution, 4) preparation of pure MnO_2 by heat decomposition of Mn(NO_3)_2, 5) production of nitric acid by absorbing NO_x from the heat decomposition step with water etc. The test results indicate the process is feasible technically, and has significant environmental and economic benefits.
