胆囊切除术不置胃管的体会

NOT IMTUBATING STOMACH TUBE IN PATIENTS WITH CHOLECYSTECTOMY

本文报道205例胆囊切除病例,临床随机分成置胃管和不置胃管组,通过观察术后胃肠道功能恢复和并发症发生情况,结果腹胀和肛门排气时间两组无显著性差异,而恶心、呕吐、咽炎、鼻出血和上感的发生率,不置胃管组明显低于置胃管组(P<0.05)。实践证明,单纯胆囊切除术完全可以不置胃管。

This paper reports 205 cases undergoing cholecystectomy (3 males and 162 females) which ranged in age from 22 to 71 years, with an average age of 47.1 years. They were divided into intubating stomach tube group and not intubating stomach tube group. Recovery of gastrointestinal function was effected and complications were observed after operation. No significant difference on aerenterectasia and anal aerofluxus time was observed in both groups (P>0.05). But in free stomach tube group, the incidences of nausea, vomiting, pharyngitis, nasorrhagia and the common cold were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The results showed that stomach tube is not indicated in patients subjected to cholecystectomy.
