小鼠胸腺退变过程的组织形态观察

我们观察到昆明种小鼠老年前期胸腺退变明显。表现为皮质萎缩,被脂肪组织取代。皮质和髓质内胸腺细胞数量减少,伸入的胶原纤维增多。小叶间隔、皮髓交界区和髓质内小血管增多变粗。巨噬细胞数量增多,活性升高、其分布与组化方面均有很大改变。

The authors have found in presenium mice (Kungming genus) distinct thymus involution, which is characterized by(l) cortex atrophy with its replacement by fat tissues; (2)decreased thymocytes in the cortex and medulla and increased extending collagenous fibers; ( 3 ) increased and thickened small blood vessels in septa, medulla and corticomedullary zone; and(4)increased marcopha-ges with great changes in their range and histochemistry, anb with hyperacti-vity.
