解脲脲原体细胞致病作用的研究

STUDIES ON CYTOPATHOGENIC EFFECTS OF UREAPLASMA UREALYTICUM

本文报道用组织培养测定解脲脲原体致病性。用4珠解脲脲原体感染恒河猴肾MA104细胞,结果表明感染细胞很快产生细胞病变,主要表现为胞浆出现空泡,进而细胞膜破裂、胞浆消失、细胞变圆、脱落。细胞核病变较轻,与细菌L型感染细胞不同。

The pathogenicity of Ureapiasma ureatyticum is still in dispute, and this study has attempted to address this issue. 4 strains of U. urealyticum were inoculated on monolayer of monkey kidney cell line (MA 104). The results showed that the infected cell appeared to have cytopathic effect on cytoplasm 24 hours after inoculation. The cells became rounded and vacuolated after infection. Some of which lysed and detached from the glass, leaving the nuclei intact and clumping together in clusters, The cytopathic effect was milder as compared with that of streptococcus infection. The mechanism of cell damage may be referable to direct adhesion of ureaplasma on, cell membrane and liberation of ammonia from decomposition of urea.
