摘要
对海军C4ISR系统效能进行了定量研究和系统分析:主要是运用边际效用分析,得到C4ISR系统效能边际和能力边际及其相应的点弹性、弧弹性;指出了单位分系统能力增加,最大作战效能增加的电子对抗分系统;目的是为系统决策、研制、设计和发展提供定量信息.
Based on a closed or approximations solution of a LANCHESTER type defierential equations, we've analysed the measurement of effectiveness (MOE) with marginal utility for naval C 4ISR systems in this paper. The resulting maximal marginal return being electronics warfare is very importance for decision making.
