Tuftsin对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响

EFFECTS OF TUFTSIN ON PHAGOCYTIC FUNCTION OF MURINE PERITONEAL MACROPHAGES

将实验鼠随机分为4组:(1)正常小鼠注射tuftsin组;(2)正常对照组;(3)切脾后注射tuftsin组;(4)脾切除组。以5%淀粉液诱导各组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生,并观察其对鸡红细胞的吞噬功能。结果发现腹腔巨噬细胞功能在(1)组最强,(4)组最弱,(2)组与(3)组相比无显著性差异。提示,脾切除降低腹腔巨噬细胞功能,tuftsin则可增强其活力,tufsin还可以补偿脾切除后已减弱的腹腔巨噬细胞功能。

Experimental mice were divided into 4 groups randomly: group 1, normal mice with tuftsin; group 2,normal control; group 3, splenectomized mice with tuftsin; group 4, spleaectomized mice.5% sel amylum was given to mice of every groups to induce peritoneal macrophages, and the phagocytic function was observed. The results showed that the function of peritoneal macrophages was the strongest in group 1, and the weakest in group 4. and there was no obvious difference between group 2 and group 3. It was suggested that the function of peritoneal macrophages was depressed by splenectomy, and enhanced by tuftsin. Tuftsin can make up for the function ot murine peritoneal macrophages depressed by splenectomy.
