The equipment-purchasing contract is an important lawful action of the equipment construction. Due to the theoretic promiscuity of administration contract and civil contract, the equipment-purchasing contract is continuously regarded as economy contract. In this paper, the equipment-purchasing contract attribute is profoundly analyzed and discussed from the necessity of defining of the equipment-purchasing contract attribute, the quality of administration contract, and the features of the equipment-purchasing contract. The purpose is to provide support for formulating related law.
