Many communication systems and testing equipment need uniform time in the field of spaceflight and aviation. The action of computer in these fields is more and more important. Now, the kinds of equipment of providing standard time for computer are not enough. In this paper, the characteristic of Bcode and the structure, function and theory of Bcode decode card is narrated, the design method of revisingtimeprogram which depend on the drivers of the card is provided. The program, which the author has programmed, has a good effect.
