上海市私营企业职工医疗服务需求和利用分析

Analysis of the Demand and Utilization of Medical Service of Private Enterprise Employee in Shanghai City

对上海市私营企业职工抽样调查结果表明,私营企业职工健康情况较一般人群好,以自费医疗(占40.4％)和合作医疗(26.8％)为主。两周患病率、住院率、慢性病患病率均低于全国城市平均水平;他们的卫生服务利用水平也低于全国水平,两周就诊率很低,两周未就诊率、未住院率接近或低于全国平均水平。经济困难是未就诊、未住院的主要原因。扩大上海市城镇职工社会医疗保险对私营企业从业人员的覆盖面,保障其基本医疗,是政府和医保部门当前面临的重要任务。

This paper analyses the demand and utilization of medical service of private enterprise employee in Shanghai city. The results showed that the health of private enterprise employee is better than that of general people , mainly pay the fee for medical service in their pocket(40. 4% )and co - payment in cooperative medical system(26. 8% ). Their demand and utilization of medical service are lower, the mobility of two weeks, hospitalization rate and chronic mobility rate are all lower than the average level of that of the countery. There are 50. 0% patients did not in hospitalization, the main cause of non - visiting and non - in -hospital is difficulty in economy. Rising the recognize of private enterprise employee to the medical insurance, extend the coverage of social medical insurance and insure the basic medical service on private enterprise employee are the important tasks of the government and department of medical insurance.
