There is a key factor in the enterprise culture which can never be neglected.That is,it not only explores the existence and profits of the enterprise but also concerns the important role and function of the mans moral power in the existence and development of the enterprise.Thus this essay tries to elaborate the relationship between the traditional Confucian culture and modern enterprise culture in China around this point of view.
