摘要
用DTA和TG法,研究皂化的EVA树脂的熔点、玻璃化转变温度及热稳定性等热性能,并观测杂质和吸湿对树脂热性能的影响。结果表明,树脂的皂化度大到一定程度后,才显示出明显的熔点,且熔点随其皂化度的增大呈直线性提高。树脂的玻璃化转变温度与其皂化度的关系不大,热稳定性随其皂化度的提高而变差。杂质和吸湿使树脂的热稳定性下降。吸湿对不同皂化度的树脂的熔点、热稳定性影响程度不同。
The thermal properties such as Tm, Tg and thermal stability of the high-bar rier saponified EVA resin under various degrees of saponification have beenstudied by using DTA and TG techniques, and the influence of impurities andhygroscopicity on the thermal properties has been observed. The result shows thatthe resin has not obvious Tm until its degree of saponification is high enough,andthe Tm rises linerly as the degree of saponification increases. Its Tg does not muchrelate to the degree of saponification, but the thermal stability reduces as thedegree of saponification increases. The impurities and hygroscopicity decrease thethermal stability of the resin. The influence of hygroscopicity is different on Tmand the thermal stability of the resin under various degrees of saponification.
