摘要
以内蒙赤峰低品位含粘土硅藻土为原料 ,系统研究了擦洗浓度、擦洗时间、分散剂、矿浆pH值、沉降时间、虹吸深度、沉降次数在物理提纯过程中的作用规律 ,获得了物理提纯的最佳条件。在最佳工艺条件下 ,制得了SiO2 81.2 4 % ,Al2 O3 2 .16 % ,Fe2 O3 1.4 7%的二级硅藻土产品 ,为进一步化学提纯提供了良好的原料。
Chifeng low grade diatomite being raw material, this paper studied the effect of scrubbing consistency scrubbing time dispersant slurry pH sedimentation time siphoning depth and sedimentation frequency on the physical purification, and got the best condition of the purification. Ultimately, a high quality diatomite (SiO 281.24%,Al 2O 32.16%,Fe 2O 31.47%) was prepared successfully. It supplies a good raw material for chemical purification.
