摘要
矿业企业科技人员对于矿业企业的生存及发展是十分重要的。从科技人员工作的特殊性开始分析 ,提出了科技人员激励的原则 ,以及具体措施 ,如组织制度 ,企业文化 ,分配制度的重建等 ,以建立起对矿业企业科技人员的有效激励机制。
The Technology personnel take a very important role in surviving and developing of mining enterprise.This paper begin with the analysizing of technology personnel's character to bring out the rule for encouragement and some concrete measures,such as buildup system, business enterprise culture, the establishment of allotment system,etc.It give out a set of effective encouragement system for technology personnel in mining enterprise.
