国有企业人才流失的原因及解决办法

摘要 针对目前企业 ,特别是国有企业人才流失的困窘现状 ,运用需要层次理论、双因素理论、公平理论、期望理论等激励理论来分析了人员流失的主要原因 ,探讨了企业的激励机制 ,采用变动工资方案或技能工资、工作设计、差别化奖励、灵活福利、目标管理、员工参与与企业文化建设等方案 。 This paper focuses on the difficult situations of losing outstanding talents in some enterprises, especially in the some state owned enterprises. The author applies Hierarchy of Need Theory, Motivation Hygiene Theory, Equity Theory, Expectancy Theory, and so on to analyze the main reasons of the loss of talents, and discusses the motivation systems. Variable pay programs, skill based pay plans, job designs, difference rewards, flexible benefits, management by objectives, employee involvement and shared organizational culture are put forward, which are helpful to provide ways to solve the problems.
