摘要
本文针对当前高校青年教师工作、生活和思想特点 ,就高校工会如何发挥其工会优势 ,努力做好青年工作进行了初步探讨 ,提出了一些切实可行的具体措施。
This paper discusses how to give full scope for the labor union in colleges and universities according to the characteristics of young teachers and suggests some concrete measures concerned.
