摘要
对当前生产应用的几种阻隔性包装材料优缺点作出评价;提出“活性包装”新概念,以及90年代新开拓的“食品高压加工技术”对高阻隔性包装材料的要求并提供更为广泛的应用领域。
Advantages and shortcomings of current barrier materials used in food packa- ging are discussed.A new concept of 'Active Packaging' is pointed out in additionto the requirements from 'High Pressure Food Processing' Technology to high ba-rrier packaging materials. Finally, wider applicational field is provided.
