河北女足大强度训练前后Bcl-2基因、Ca^(2+)、线粒体膜电位的变化与细胞凋亡 被引量:2

The Changes of Bcl-2 Protein, Ca^(2+) and Mitochondrial Membrane Potential and the Cell Apoptosis in Woman Soccer Players after High Intensity Training

摘要 用FCM测定Bcl-2、Ca^(2+)、线粒体膜电位、细胞凋亡与常规指标相结合的方法对河北女足球员赛前强化训练的效果及身体机能状态进行评定。结果显示,女足球员大强度训练后血液淋巴细胞Ca^(2+)浓度显著增多,线粒体膜电位显著下降,Bcl-2基因蛋白表达有所升高,但无显著差异,细胞凋亡率显著升高,大强度训练课后PRO出现机率较高,次日晨恢复正常,Hb值均在正常值范围内,其波动较小。研究认为,大强度运动训练引起线粒体膜电位、Ca^(2+)浓度的改变,是诱导细胞产生凋亡进一步引起运动性疲劳的主要原因;本周期强化训练,负荷阈安排合理,对机体的刺激达到了一定深度,又未引起过度训练,而达到了超量恢复,球员的机能状态良好。 The indexes of Bcl-2 protein,Ca^(2+) concentration,Mitochondrial Membrane Potential,and cell apoptosis were determined by FCM combined with other routine indexes to multiply evaluate the effect and the physical functions of Hebei provincial woman soccer players after high intensity training.The results showed that the concentration of Ca^(2+) and the proportion of the cell apoptosis in blood lymph increased significantly,while the mitochondrial membrane potential decreased deeply.Bcl-2 protein increased little compared with that before training.The appearance probability of PRO was high after high intensity training and recovered early next morning.Hb changed in routine range.It is concluded that high intensity training is the main reason causing the changes of membrane potential and Ca^(2+) concentration which further induce apoptosis and molidity fatigue.During this training period,the intensity and quantity of training were rationally arranged,the body of woman soccer players were suitably stimulated and the state of physical function was well.
